Major ingredient:
600g pork belly,1 bottle Honey-Stewed BBQ sauce,1 spoon honey,Homemade barbecued pork sauce:1 spoon maltose,1/2 spoon bakingsoda,1/2 spoon brown sugar, 2 spoon seafood sauce,1/2 spoon light soysauce,1/2 spoon cooking wine, i spoon edible red pigment powder,1/2spoon five spice powder, 2 spoon sesame oil
Steps:
1、Cut the pork belly into strips.
2、Take some Honey-Stewed BBQ sauce and fully mixed with porkbelly,curing 8 hours in fridge.
3、Preheat the air fryer 5 minutes in 200℃.
4、 Put pork belly into the frying basket and frying 10-12 minutes.5、 When the pork belly become golden red.
6、Smear the Homemade barbecued pork sauce on porkbelly surface and turn the thermostat at 160℃ , frying untilthe color of the pork belly turn to parched red.
