FRYING CALAMARI

Major ingredient:

500g defrosted calamari,oil, salt,cumin

powder, 3 piece ginger, 2 spoon cooking wine,Monosodium Glutamate, paprika,1 spoon lightsoy sauce

Steps:

1、Turn the thermostat to 200℃.

2、Fully mix all the condiment and smearmarinade on the calamari.

3、Soak in the marinade for 20 minutes.

4、Then pour the calamari into the frying basketand set the timer at 12-15 minutes.

5、Overturning the frying basket 2-3 times duringfrying, waiting calamari become brownness.

PS: Use different spice to adjust the taste.
