FRYING MUTTON CHOP

Major ingredient:

300g Mutton chop,soy, pepper, 3 spoon cooking wine,20g spring onion, crushed black pepper, little brandy,1spoon olive oil, 5 piece ginger

Steps:

1、Turn the thermostat to 180℃.

2、Fully mix all the condiment and smearmarinade on the mutton chop.

3、Soak in the marinade for 30-60 minutes.

4、Then pour the mutton chop into the fryingbasket and set the timer at 10-12 minutes.
