FRYING SPICY DRUMSTICK

Major ingredient:

500g Drumstick,1 pc garlic clove(mince), 2 spoon cookingwine, 1 spoon paprika,10g spring onion, 1 spoon olive oil,2 spoon light soy sauce, 3 piece ginger

Steps:

1、Turn the thermostat to 180℃.

2、Fully mix the garlic clove, cooking wine, paprika,springonion, olive oil, light soy sauce, ginger in a bowl.

3、Smear marinade on the drumstick and soak for 20-50 minutes.

4、Then pour the drumstick into the frying basket and set the timerat 10-12 minutes.

5、Set the thermostat at 150℃ for frying another 10 minutes,waiting drumstick become brownness.

PS: Use different spice to adjust the taste.
